Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within our quoted TAT (turnaround time) displayed on the banner of our homepage. TAT is business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and will vary by product release. We work hard to get your orders in the mail quickly, however, once it leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Lost or damaged packages during transit must be filed with the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc). The Bratty Martian does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds due to lost or damaged packages during shipping
